Oversimplification is the key. When you try to focus on everything, nothing actually gets focused on. But when you narrow it down to a few non-negotiables, getting in shape becomes simple. Not easy— but simple. Less noise. More execution. That’s how progress actually happens.

This is obviously an oversimplification, but I think most people need a reminder that success (though not easy) IS usually is pretty simple
