Full build of this dining table from a while back. Gorgeous bookmatched walnut from @specialtywoodsupp 🔥🔥 Ended up with a few inlays in the bottom and I think 6-8 on the top to stabilize some through cracks. Steel c-channels from @bidwellwoodandiron for peace of mind ensuring the top stays flat over the years. I make sure to spray the inside of those c-channel recesses with lacquer to seal all the exposed end grain so moisture isn’t creeping in unevenly and making the wood want to move. Commis
